• Please allow a ±1/2″ size tolerance and ± 0.4 lb weight tolerance due to manual measurement.
• To adjust the dumbbell weight, fully insert the handle into the base (in the lowest position) before turning it. Align the red arrows with the numbers on both dials until you hear a “click-clack” sound, confirming the adjustment. If the red arrows aren’t aligned, the weight plates may fall off, causing uneven weight distribution. In this case, reset the handle and adjust it again.
