• Please allow a 1/2″ measurement tolerance.

Align the red arrows with the numbers on both dials until you hear a “click-clack” sound, confirming the adjustment. If the red arrows aren’t aligned, the weight plates may fall off, causing uneven weight distribution. In this case, reset the handle and adjust it again.
